iDo Jewellery has provided a great experience in my journey in preparing my engagement ring. Right at the start, there will be a small consultation to discuss the customer's preference. For those of you who do not know much about jewellery, they are happy to provide suggestions. Ling is very keen to discuss and answer my questions regarding the technicalities of diamonds. In fact, i have learnt a lot from our few meetings. I actually bought a loose diamond from another vendor before i know Ling and have Ling set it up on a setting for me. However, i must mention that they provide a wide variety of diamonds at reasonable price. All their diamonds are GIA- certified and carefully screened. During the meeting, Ling provided me with a loupe and idealscope (something not all brick and mortar vendors do nowadays) to view your diamond. This is especially important if you would like to purchase diamonds. You can inspect your diamond before purchasing it. We cross-checked my diamond's serial number using a loupe on our first meeting before entrusting it to her.

It took Ling a short amount of time to have the ring done for me. Overall, i am very satisfied with her workmanship. The benefit of engaging her services is that you will get the opportunity to scrutinize any imperfections, if any, when she deliver the final product to you. Once again, this assures thta you get what you want. Feel free to voice out any concerns as they will rectify it. Resizing can be done free of charge for the first time. Price wise, the amount quote to me was reasonable. In fact, i find it cheaper compared to a lot of brick and mortar outlets that i have scouted.

Overall, Ling has provided a great experience to me. The additional benefit that i get from engaging them is that i am able to be involved in every process along the way. I personally find it more satisfying and i am sure. your fiancee will find it too as well. 

We wanted something special for our wedding bands, since it was something we would be wearing for a lifetime. I preferred white gold and my hubby, yellow. Ling took note of our preference since day 1 and produced 2 lovely wedding bands that surpassed our expectations. Thanks Ling, from the both of us!
