ARE THE DIAMONDS USED CONFLICT FREE?

All iDo Jewellery diamonds are sourced from suppliers who guarantee to sell only conflict free stones.

HOW DOES CUSTOM MAKE PROCESS WORKS?

Visit our website to look for the jewellery you desire. Let us know which designs attracted you, send us an email or whatsapp the code. We will reply your enquiry with quotation and explainations.

Once you are keen to meet, we can make an appointment for further discussions.

WHAT IF I CAN'T FIND THE DESIGN I LIKE?

We welcome all input, please share with us what you have in mind.

For example, if you would like to have an aeroplane theme on your ring because this is how you both met. We will design the perfect ring for your special occasion and customize it to perfection.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

All items are made to order will be assessed, we need 30-40 working days, however please refer to delivery times listed on each individual item as this could vary. If an item is not in stock or there will be any delay we will notify you via email in the first instance.

HOW IS MY JEWELLERY DELIVERED AND WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

For local client in KL, we will meet face to face for delivery at a located place.

For overseas client, all pieces are sent by FedEx, delivery charge will be confirmed based on country and area.

HOW DO I PAY?

We accept cash, credit card, online transaction and foreigh T/T.

HOW DO I CONTACT IDO JEWELLERY?

9.am to 12pm (GMT+8) Saturday.

 

HOW CAN I CHECK ON AN ORDER I PLACED ON IDOJEWELLERY.COM?

To check on the status of an order please click on the “My Account” section of the website or email us on ling@idojewellery.com or phone on +6016.4976292 quoting your order reference number.

HOW DO I GET AN ITEM CUSTOMISED?

Please email us at ling@idojewellery.com to discuss any variations or special requests such as engraving, stone setting etc. This service will incur additional charges.

 

HOW DO I GET AN ITEM REPAIRED?

Please contact us at +6016.4976292 to arranged for pick up. Please provide contact information and a detailed description of the problem.

 

Any items left with us after we notify you of completion and not collected after a 12 month period will become property of iDo Jewellery.

WHAT IS THE LENGTH OF WARRANTY ON JEWELLERY?

We treat each case on an individual basis, looking at wear and tear since purchase and the reason for returning the item. If any diamond drops within a year, we will replace FOC. Following year will be charged depending on the condition.

First time polish will be FOC. Subsequent polishing will be RM 100 each.

For engagement ring resizing, first time FOC. Subsequent resizing will depend on the sizing difference.

 

WHAT IF I DON'T KNOW THE RING SIZE?

If you’re uncertain of the size of ring please call into our workshop and gallery where you can be measured accurately or let us know the weight, height and a picture of your loved one to get estimation. Please remember that a deep band width will often require a larger size ring. Please note that there may an additional charge to alter the ring size from the one ordered.
